All vendors must read the General Terms and Conditions that apply to all projects. Vendors should read the Specifications for Job No. ER2012CS. These specifications are not the complete specifications. However, they do provide sufficient information so that a vendor can determine the scope of the project. The district will provide full specifications at the pre-bidders conference.
Vendors must submit Bid Form ER2012CS along with any other documents required by the SUSD in support of the bid. This bid form is required. It must be submitted so that the district can file the proper E-rate application.
Bids must be received by the Soledad Unified School District Office by March 9th, 2012 at 5 PM (PST).
