Certificated Staff Exit Interview
| The District is participating in a collaborative data collection project with the Teacher Workforce Initiative. The questionnaire will provide valuable data to the District and the Monterey County Office of Education that will enable us to identify the reasons teachers leave the District. It will help us to improve our recruitment and retention of teachers.
